Freight Rates - Hobby and Engineering
All destinations worldwide (except Australia) have the same freight rate regardless of weight *, number of items or order value.
* Excludes bulky items such as bronze rod and tube. We will contact you prior to processing your order if we need to quote freight for bulky items.
- Australian destinations Standard Delivery. A$ 9.35 (incl. GST) will be sent by Australia Post e-Parcel Standard Courier.
- Australian destinations Express Delivery. A$ 13.20 (incl. GST). May be sent by Airbag or e-Parcel Express Courier.
- Australian destinations Immediate Partial Delivery. A$ 18.70 (incl. GST). Allows for two Express deliveries. All stock items will be sent immediately, followed by the balance of the order when it becomes available
- Worldwide destinations by Express Courier only A$ 50.00
ONE FREIGHT CHARGE PER ORDER
You will only receive ONE freight charge per order unless you specifically request extra partial shipments. We will usually hold all items to make one shipment. If we have over 50% of your order available, we may send a partial order if it is of sufficient value. There will be no additional freight charge for subsequent shipments.PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
You may elect to have an immediate shipment of any goods that are available from stock, followed by the balance of your goods when they become available. The cost of this service is set at two standard deliveries. Both deliveries will be sent by Express.ALTERNATIVE FREIGHT METHODS
All customers may elect to use their own freight method by placing their freight account details in their user profile.
Australian customers may elect to pick up their order from the HE Supplies Showroom at 3239 Old Cleveland Road, Capalaba West, Queensland. It is important that you wait to receive confirmation that the order is ready before arriving for collection.
Under no circumstances will goods be sent by regular post. Stock sent by regular post could damage or be damaged by Australia Post equipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Overseas customers - customs and other government charges may be payable by the receiver.INSURANCE
Insurance may be selected at checkout for a small charge. If insurance is not selected, the purchaser will take sole responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.DELIVERY TIMES
